You must own the rights to all images, text, and materials you submit.

4. Revisions & Timelines

Packages include a limited number of revisions.

Delays in supplying content may extend turnaround times.

5. Ownership

You own your content.

We retain rights to templates and frameworks.

You receive full rights to your final website once paid in full.

6. Liability

We’re not liable for downtime, data loss, or errors caused by client content.

Our maximum liability is the amount paid for the service.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are only given if work has not started.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
